Christmas party

The third Friday of December is traditionally booked for company's Christmas party. The last one as well as the one before took place in the hall of Dobroměřice restaurant.  About 240 Fujikoki employees, their family members and friends joined the party. After welcoming speech of Mr. Mitsuo Ishiim, a band Parexil, led by our employee Milan Benes, began to play dancing music. They played one song after another almost without break encouraging employees to show that their dancing skills are as good as their working skills. Having a good experience from the previous party, the atmosphere of this party was boosted by the same theme of the evening “Employees to the employees”. We were the witnesses of our new payroll accountant talents – not only singing but also playing a musical instrument. We were also surprised by the group of assembly workers (I have to mention the "non-male" workers due to the involvement of only one man). We were amazed not only by their choreographies and dancing, but also by a witty introduction of tasks and goals on the production lines for ignorant onlookers. It would be a real challenge to fulfill their dreams in labor productivity. So, are their dreams likely to come true sometime in the future? Several surveys on “the worker of the year” were carried out. Tombola with attractive gift vouchers also drew our attention. The band played almost without stopping till after midnight. Employees were leaving the party in a good mood with only one thing on their mind - there were only a few shifts left till Christmas holidays.
